Have you ever been confused and unsure about your future? Well, I sure did. March 2021 was the year I started seriously wondering about my future career.
Covid-19 had just hit and my concerns for my future started to sink in. However, due to online school, I was given the opportunity to explore into my career options and topics with an ample amount of time.
One of these topics I researched was Blockchain, something I had only heard due to my fathers involvement in cryptocurrency.
Little did I know this topic would pique interest, and soon become something that seriously intrigued me. I learned about how blockchain would change the world we know financially and economically. I started understanding how blockchain would eliminate the third person in the supply chain, basic transactions, and secure money efficiently and quickly. However, learning more made me more curious, I wanted to understand exactly how blockchain technically solved issues. Therefore, I decided becoming an Blockchain Solution Architect would be the best suited career for me, as it will allow me to further my knowledge in blockchain concepts , put my skill to use by making blockchain-based solutions, and understanding and learning about new advance technology.
In order to become a blockchain solution architect I have taken action by:
- Researching the field through various readings and studies
- Understanding the basic concepts ( Mentioned in Research assessments)
- Interviewing to get a possible mentor
I had started by researching the field of blockchain solution architecture and started to gather knowledge on the technical and theory behind it. And now I am currently working on getting interviews with a potential mentor.

Going forward I wish to learn the process of creating a solution (coding it) and how to properly create an idea and the process of making it happen. Next, I would like to have a mentor by December because having a mentor will help me learn much quicker and more efficiently.
