Analysis:

At the beginning of the week, I was extremely confused about what my career in the blockchain would be, but after further research, I now have a better understanding of the different careers in the blockchain and which one would be best for me.

Why would blockchain be a good career choice topic for me? The answer to this is because blockchain is very disruptive and has a huge future ahead of it. Two, blockchain is so vast and has so much room to grow, I can implement it in any career or idea I please. Another reason is that blockchain is so new. Because blockchain is so new, the demand is also high, since not many people had the chance to explore it yet, therefore learning about it and getting a job related to blockchain will get me a high salary and good success. In Addition, starting early on the topic of blockchain will allow me to grow and reach the top sooner than others.

What careers are currently in my interest?

After looking at many careers that are related to blockchain, some that piqued my interest were blockchain marketing specialists, blockchain architects, blockchain project managers, and blockchain designers. A blockchain marketing specialist learns about blockchain and the business they are trying to market, to find the best possible way to advertise it to the public. I found this job very interesting because of my interest in marketing and business, but also because this career choice allows me to learn about blockchain in-depth and understand it at a higher level - understanding the concept better will help to market the idea/product better.

The next job was a” blockchain architect. A blockchain Architect is someone who is responsible for working with the R&D teams and helps to infuse blockchain in building and designing solutions that leverage cross-asset frameworks and concepts. “ -blockchain101. I liked this field because it improves communications skills by having to collaborate to design solutions. In addition, I like how iI would get to use some of my entrepreneurial skills with the designing and marketing of the idea. Lastly being a blockchain architect gives me the opportunity to research blockchain.

A blockchain project manager is someone who needs expertise in the concepts of blockchain, as well as leadership skills. The blockchain project manager oversees the whole project, from the solution to the problem to the marketing. This person needs to be well-rounded in all aspects of blockchain and business. This is very interesting to me because I really like leading and would love to learn a little about everything and gain some mastery in everything related to blockchain. However, my only fear is that fact that becoming a blockchain project manager is a very difficult task, as you need to have high expertise in this field of blockchain- therefore it is very difficult for someone to start off their career as a blockchain project manager.

Lastly, a Blockchain designer is a person that designs the UI and UE. UI being the User interface such as websites. UE being User experience, this is how the user is feeling about the product. What can I change in the UI to make the UE better-such ideas? Therefore a blockchain designer develops the aesthetics of the website or how the software runs while keeping track of the UE. This is also a field I am interested in because of my experience in website developing and creating. Because Of my proficiency in website development- this career could be a good option for me.

In Conclusion, over the next few days, I will do in-depth research in careers that are related to blockchains, like marketing specialist, blockchain architect, blockchain project manager, and blockchain designer. Researching about this will help me determine my interests and ISM study topic. As I continue my search, I need to remember to choose a career based on my skill, since my skill level in the blockchain isn't very high yet choosing an executive-level job would be inappropriate for me. There fore with an open mind and free will I will love to do a focused search on blockchain-related careers so I can easily determine the topic of my [project this year.
